Since it was set up the Board has been working to establish itself with the wide range of stakeholders in the residential property sector.
In August 2009, the Board submitted a response to the Government (Communities and Local Government) on its proposals in response to the Rugg Review in the private rented sector: professionalism and quality. The submission is available to download from this page.
